Mechanism

To Pay your own bill

Step 1: Go to Menu and choose Write Message

Step 2: Type eb<Space><16 digits of scratch card number>
             Example: eb xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Step 3: Send  to 129


To Pay your family/friend’s bill

Step 1: Go to Menu and choose Write Message

Step 2: Type
             eb<Space><16 digits of scratch card number>< Space><mobile #)
             Example: eb xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 032xxxxxxxx

Step 3: Send  to 129

Note: For both options, SMS notification will be sent to subscriber mentioning receipt number after the adjustment has been made.


Terms & Conditions

The scratch card number will be verified. If Scratch card number is valid‚ the amount of the card would be adjusted in billed amount of the subscriber.

If scratch card number is subject to invalidity, subscriber will be intimated via SMS.
